KredAqro Mobile is a mobile application developed for the clients of the non-banking credit organization "KredAqro" operating in the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as other citizens seeking to secure loans. Through the app, users can obtain detailed information about their loans, make online payments, and apply for credit. The primary aim of the application is to enhance the quality of service delivery, responsiveness, and overall customer satisfaction.

Registration Process for the Mobile Application:

• For active clients of the organization: The user must enter their Identity Card's FIN (a 7-character individual identification number) along with their mobile number. An SMS code will be sent to their mobile phone, which must be entered into the application. The user then sets a login password to prevent unauthorized access, completing the registration process. Upon successful registration, the main page of the app displays key information, including:

  • Settled loans
  • Loan amount
  • Loan issuance and expiration dates
  • Type of loan
  • Days overdue on loans
• Note: The mobile number used during registration must match the number provided during the loan application as stated in the loan agreement. If there is a discrepancy, registration will fail. To update your mobile number, it is necessary to contact the organization's Head Office or the branch where you secured your loan.
• For other citizens: The user must similarly enter their Identity Card's FIN and mobile number. An SMS code will be sent to their mobile device, which must then be entered into the app to complete registration.

The organization was established in 2000 and has been actively working to meet customers' credit needs under favorable terms across various regions of Azerbaijan. Its main objective is to provide transparent, efficient, prompt, and quality financial support to citizens of Azerbaijan.
